Religious School Scholarship Form

There are often many impediments to Jewish education but finances should never be one. If Religious School tuition present a financial hardship, please complete our Religious School Scholarship form below and you will be contacted* after we receive the submitted form.

This form is completely confidential and is reviewed by the Scholarship Committee, made up of the  Financial Secretary and Treasurer. No one is turned away. The committee will be using the following criteria to assess Scholarship decisions: what is the extent of need for relief from the family’s tuition bracket for this year, and given the requests from all members, how much Scholarship relief is available within the operating budget of the Temple?

An application for Scholarship must be submitted annually for consideration. Please note that in order to be eligible for Sinai Temple's Religious School scholarships, you must be a current member of the synagogue. To become a member, contact our office at (413) 736-3619.

*The Scholarship Committee will make every effort to respond to requests within 30 days of receipt
