Sinai Temple Membership Fair Share Application

NOTE:  All requests for a Fair Share Adjustment are handled in a confidential manner by the Fair Share Committee.
 

This application pertains to the fiscal year (June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024) only.  The policy of Sinai Temple is that requests for Fair Share Adjustment must be submitted on an annual basis.   (Decisions of the Fair Share Committee are based on the estimated total amount of relief requested and limitations of the Temple’s operating budget. But we pride ourselves in the fact that we do not turn members away due to their financial circumstances.)

This Fair Share Application applies only to Membership.  Scholarship requests from B'Yachad and other adjustments are handled separately.

The Fair Share Committee will make every effort to respond to requests within 30 days.
